Structure and Usage:
The series of disc type electric grinders are portable double insulated tools which introduce foreign advanced technology, they are new generation of products, they can be widely used for polishing the concave&convex surface of marble moor stone, terrazzo, wood&paint and metal material etc, they are modern perfect tools
To install the grinding wheel :
Make sure that the angle grinder is switched off and disconnected from the main supply before installing or removing the grinding wheel. At first, put the tool well, when installing the wheel, place the plastic washer on the spindle then putting the rubber washer, grinding wheel and fasten screw together orderly ( press them with your thumb and index finger) and placing them on the plastic washer.
When dismantling the grinding wheel, hold the plastic washer with one hand, loosen the fasten screw to the left with the hexagon spanner with the other hand
Operation: Operate the ON/OFF switch
Press the trigger than the tool starts to work. Stop pressing the trigger, the tool stops working.In order to make it rotate continuously, press down the lock after pressing the trigger. press the trigger again and then stop pressing it, the continuous rotation can be stopped.
*Caution: Before plugging it into outlet.check if the switch works well, and press the back of the switch, it will rebounds to its original position. (OFF).
In general, keep the edge of the wheel at an angle of about 10 to the grinding material. In order to ensure that the tool has a proper operation, please select the proper grinding wheel
